Morgan Klein joined the firm in November 2022 after completing her law degree at The George Washington University Law School. Morgan joined as an associate on the patent litigation team representing generic pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) litigation. Morgan is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
