Oliver is a paralegal on the firm’s Litigation Team. He has experience in several areas of intellectual property litigation support including: patent infringement, trade secrets, inventorship, trademark infringement, trade dress infringement. He also has experience in the areas of complex commercial litigation, business immigration, and AAA commercial arbitration.
Education: Oliver is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick.
